By using scrollvault.net (“the Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Intellectual Property

All original content, code, and design on scrollvault.net is the property of ScrollVault. Magic: The Gathering, all card names, mana symbols, and related imagery are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card images are sourced from Scryfall under their image use policy. This site is not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

Fair Use

Card names, rules text, game mechanics, and tournament results referenced in our articles and tools fall under fair use for commentary, criticism, education, and news reporting purposes under 17 U.S.C. § 107.

Use of the Tools

Our tools (mana base calculator, bracket calculator, draft simulator, etc.) are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Use the tools to analyze your own decks
• Share tool results (screenshots, passport images, links) freely
• Link to any page on this site

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or make automated bulk requests to the Site or its APIs
• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the tools or their output as a commercial product
• Use the Site to distribute malicious content, spam, or illegal material
• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt systems or data that do not belong to you

User-Submitted Content (Deck Gallery)

When you save a deck to the Gallery, you grant ScrollVault a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content on the Site. You retain ownership of your decklist. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not contain offensive, illegal, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at any time without notice.

Decks can be deleted by the original submitter using their edit key, or by contacting us at support@scrollvault.net.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that bracket ratings, power level scores, mana calculations, price estimates, or any other tool output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Tool results are estimates based on automated analysis and should not be treated as authoritative rulings.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCROLLVAULT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS TOOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site (which is zero — the tools are free).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScrollVault and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms.

Content Reproduction

You may read, share, and link to our content freely. Reproduction of full articles requires permission. Brief excerpts with attribution and a link back are welcome.

Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is error-free. If you spot a mistake, please contact us and we will correct it.

Governing Law
